All Products /Goods may only be returned for manufacturer’s defects and damage claims.  We recommend obtaining all images, swatches to be sure of color and texture prior to ordering.  Measure!!!!  Remember to check dimensions of items you are purchasing so that they can make it through all doorways, hallways, stairways, elevators and such.  No returns on merchandise that does not fit in intended space. 

Order Cancellations:

If you find the need to cancel an order, please do so within 72 hours of submitting your order either by fax at 615-356-0051 or by email.  You will receive a confirmation of the cancellation at that time and receive full credit.  Any orders cancelled after the 72 hour period will be credited 50% of the total order.
